Millennial Leadership Assessment
Feedback on Leadership Skills
The Millennial Leadership Assessment gives senior and mid-level managers feedback to help them become more effective leaders of their Millennial team members. They are evaluated on personal characteristics that help get the most out of Millennial workers, such as honesty, authenticity, approachability, and open-mindedness. Managers will also receive feedback on leadership skills such as being inspirational, encouraging, setting clear expectations, and giving regular feedback. Together, these personal characteristics and leadership skills build trust with Millennial team members and motivate them to do their best work.
How it Works
The Millennial Leadership Assessment works on three levels. First, it gathers information from a short check-the-boxes self-assessment. Second, it allows managers to gather information from their Millennial workers by sending them a unique link to a survey for them to provide anonymous responses through similar check-the-box questions as well as open-ended feedback and suggestions. Third, when the survey closes, the assessment anonymously compares the information collected from the self-assessment and team-member assessments against the latest data on Millennials in the workforce and information collected from other leaders who take the assessment and provides confidential feedback and suggestions to each manager regarding their strengths and areas for improvement.
